Drama....

Drama- an exciting, emotional, or unexpected series of events or set of circumstances


Drama is a part of high school.  Very much so.  Drama is a part of life.  I guess we all have to deal with that fact.  I, personally, think that drama is completely stupid and pointless and annoying.  I was just sitting at lunch with a girl who was chewing this other guy out about her reputation or something....it was ridiculous.  I don't understand groups of friends who enjoy being dramatic and complicated.  People who START drama and purposefully continue it just frustrate me.  Why upset people and cause problems??  I don't understand.  I am baffled.  Honestly, I don't understand drama at all.  It just confuses me.  I think it is stupid.

There was simply no point to that post about drama.  I just felt the need to write about it because Kat and I were discussing it earlier.  Now, I'm going to write about another lunch topic for the day.....


The 10 Commandments....my new favorite thing.  Exodus 20....read it.  Katherine are I were talking about not wanting what other people have.  The Bible says "Do not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor."  We thought about it because another girl was bugging this other guy about wanting some kind of food from his tray.  That is just a little, tiny example.  My point in saying that isn't to be hypocritical and point out other people's flaws.  My point in saying all that is to share with you that at different times we ALL want things that other people have.  I know I do that all the time.  I just long for stupid, unimportant material things that have absolutely NO eternal significance.  Why do we want other people's STUFF??  We have enough of our own.  Actually, we have TOO MUCH of our own.  I haven't thought about this whole coveting thing in a long time.  I'm not sure if I've ever thought of it like this before.  Coveting what belongs to someone else, similar to drama, is stupid and pointless.  God has provided everything we NEED.  So, we should stop WANTING what he blessed other people with.  I need to take a look around at what he's given ME (instead of other people), and then I need to stop and thank Him for it.  That's another thing to think about....
