Hi guys. :) Sooo....over the summer, I abandoned by blog. Sorry about that. Since our school has MacBooks, that's how I started my blog. Well, obviously, I didn't have my Mac over the summer....therefore, no new blog posts. Buuuuut.....EXCITEMENT, I found out last night that blogger isn't blocked on the Macs at the moment!!!! Sooo....get ready for new life stories. :)
Also exciting....sort of....I have successfully made it through 4 and a half exams this week. All I have left is Spanish today and half of English tomorrow and Chemistry also tomorrow. I hate Chemistry. Anyways, at the moment I'm sitting in homeroom jammin to songs on my itunes. Happiness. I really need to study for Spanish though. That exam is next period. I will sit outside, eat my goldfish, cookies, and smarties....and study at the same time. Yay.

Life.
I have 6 and 5/8 days of school left. I'm ready to get out. I really don't want to go to 8th period today. I never want to go actually because volleyball workouts suck. I REALLY don't want to go today though. I'm already dreading it. It is only 2nd period.
A while back, the week of Tupelo's volleyball tryouts, I posted about how sports aren't important. I still think so. But now, I'm, personally, feeling how sports can....with lack of a better word, break you. Right now, volleyball is very....upsetting. I'm kind of distraught about next year. I'm trying to be hopeful and be there for my girls, but it is so hard. I don't understand some things. Actually, I don't understand a lot of things. Volleyball was one thing I actually DID understand. Until now.
So, now I'm back to where I was the week of tryouts. I'm telling myself that sports really aren't important. They have no eternal value at all. At all. God doesn't care about winning seasons or state championships or switching coaches or making the team or any of that. That is hard to comprehend and NOT be upset about at this point. I'm trying though. Bible verses I just found....
-Proverbs 18:10 "The name of the Lord is a strong fortress; the godly run to him and are safe."
-Proverbs 17:27 "A truly wise person uses few words; a person with understanding is even tempered."
-Proverbs 18:2 "Fools have no interest in understanding; they only want to air their own opinions."
-Matthew 5:44 "Jesus says love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!"
-Matthew 6:21 "Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will be also."
-Matthew 6:34 "So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today."

Countdowns.
Hi guys. This is strictly a post about the many countdowns in my crazy life right now.
-Hours until school is over for the day: 4
-Days until school is OVER: 14
-SCHOOL days until summer: 7.5
-Days until SIFAT: TWENTY SEVEN!!!!
-Days until Kat's birthday: 14
-Days until my birthday: 54
-Days until the beach: 38
-Months until I can drive: less than two
-Days until I see Cam again: 2.5
-Minutes until geography, 5th period: 19
-Hours until school is over for the day: 4

Almost Done.
School is about to kill me. For real. I want to go crawl in a hole and stay there until May 24th. So not kidding. I have 9 more days of school (if I am exempt from everything)....and you'd think it was the second week of school. That's what it feels like. So many freaking projects and new lessons!! We have 10 more school days until exams!! Why all this new teaching and stuff?? I don't understand it. I hate school. With a passion. You don't even understand. We started a health project today. We started a new chapter in geometry yesterday. We started reading a book yesterday in English. I don't even know what we're doing in Spanish!! I haven't been to that class in a week and a half!! I have a map quiz in geography today. That one is understandable....but why can't the teachers give us a break for once?? We just finished state testing and it is almost summer!! Why do they do this to us?? I don't get it. At all. I am so very frustrated with school at this point. Sigh....
I'm frustrated with a lot of other things at the moment, too. But I'm not going to complain in this whole post. I will now suck it up and move on with my crazy life. I wish I'd brought a movie to watch in health today. I will tomorrow. For sure.
Me and Kat went on a field trip yesterday!! It was fun!! We went to some camp in Pontotoc county. It was a boy scout camp. We did 4 low ropes activities in the morning. Then we ate lunch. Then we did a trust fall activity thing. THEN we did a zip line. Geez. I have learned this from experience: when you are being rushed for time and the people don't even think you're going to do something, you don't have time to stand on a platform 12 zillion feet high and freak out. You just have to jump off and go. Ha. I was the 2nd to last person to go. Kat was right before me, and Chance was right after. We had to jam into the jeep and ride to the charter bus. We arrived back at the school at 2:58. Intense. And that was my life yesterday. It was fun. It was hard. It was challenging. It was exciting. It was SOO much better than school. And I was very proud of myself for NOT freaking out on the zip line. Haha.
And now I'm going to go play bubble shooter for 30 minutes. My life..

State Biology Test....
Dear Cameron Timmons,
This post is from Kennedy, especially for you. She said that everyone else can read this post as well. So here is Kennedy's life:
-State Biology Test was this morning.
-My diet failed when she ate a donut today.
-She finished her test at 9:30am.
-She thinks she missed 17 questions.
-She is now trying to tell herself that state tests, and school in general, are pointless and have no eternal significance; therefore, they aren't important and aren't worth her worrying.
-Kennedy is now in advisory and just got back from lunch with Kat and Emily.
-Kennedy has to pee. Intensely. She thinks it was stupid for the teachers to give us all bottled water before the test today....it only made everyone have to pee.
-Kennedy is FREAKING PUMPED ABOUT THE YAC FIELD TRIP TOMORROW!!!! She is a loser....
-Kennedy is now going to go countdown the days of school left....

Bad Monday....
Here's my life....
-This morning I walked outside to my ride....and Mac was sitting in the front. Mac is like 5 years old and half my size. I was also wearing a dress this morning while squished in the back seat with my bags in MY LAP. Ridiculous. Needless to say, when I got to school this morning, I wasn't in a very good mood.
-They are finishing the English II test today, so we are stuck in 7th period for FOREVER again today. With nothing to do. Geez.
-Oh, and I woke up like 12 times last night because our house is so freaking hot!!!! So, today, I'm extremely tired and not very happy.
I'm trying to actually have a good Monday though, so now for the good things about today....
-My sisters are home for the summer!! Jealous, but happy they are home and it isn't just the 4 of us anymore.
-10 more days of school left!!!! I think....
-I have a field trip on Wednesday!! And then another one next Tuesday!!
-34 days until SIFAT!!!! Soooooo pumped!!!!
-Mama is coming home tonight. She will be home around 10:30. Excitement.
-Me and Cam have plans to watch Balto 2 tonight!! Last Monday we watched Balto. So sad. So sweet. Love that movie.
-Summer is coming soon. And until then, I will play on sporcle and Hooda math games. I love you all. Goodbye for now.
