Dear ACT,
I hate you. And I did progressively worse as I sat in the stupid desk longer. I totally failed. Just letting you know.
Love,
One of many people who epically killed your test this morning
Dear random people who cuss,
I don't understand you. Why?? Just wondering....
Love,
Kennedy
Dear girl who was sitting diagonal to me in the ACT this morning CHOMPING ON MINTS THE WHOLE TIME,
Please learn to NOT chomp on your green peppermints. It is incredibly distracting and awfully annoying. I definitely didn't read like 3 questions before marking a random letter on the Reading section thanks to you. You DID, however, remind me that I'm supposed to love everyone. Even you if you were chomping like crazy in the middle of the biggest test of my high school career. So, thanks for that, I guess.
Love,
The quiet girl who wanted to punch your teeth out this morning :)
Dear Zozzy,
I love you!! I miss you. Movie party soon?? PLEASE. We also need to give life updates VERY soon. For sure. Love you. Text me. :)
Love,
Your best friend that misses you terribly
Dear Fizzle,
You're kind of my favorite. I went Easter dress shopping today with my mommy and I thought of you. Especially when we walked by Claire's and some little baby was getting her ears pierced!! Haha. Thanks for your blog post. Lovely. Love you!!
Love,
Ken (aka: Fizz-a-holic)
Dear Cam,
Sorry I suck at tennis. And I'm sorry that I'm leaving you to sit on the couch with Jan and watch country music videos on TV while I write this blog post. Also, sorry I'm in a really bad mood. It is been a LONG day. For both of us.
Love,
Kenn (aka: wimpy girlfriend)
Dear Dress Shopping with Jan,
I used to like you. But after testing for 5 hours, then walking around dress shopping with my mother for the next SIX HOURS....yeah, I'm not much of a fan of you anymore. That's all. Goodbye.
Love,
An extremely tired, wimpy little girl
That's all of my letters for now.....

Friday's Poptart Fail.
Today on the way to school, I was nicely eating my cinnamon poptart with a fork on my little plastic orange plate. Well, normally, when we get to the Pearman's house to pick up the boys, I'm finished with my poptarts, so I open the door and dump the poptart crumbs sitting on the plate out on the ground. Well, I wasn't done with my poptarts when we got to their house today. Not a big deal, right? So, when I finally finished, we were driving down the road in Pontotoc. Well, I rolled the window down to dump the crumbs out....and instead of going on the ground, they blew all over me. There was poptart all over me. It was in my hair!! Haha, geez. Then Mama was like, "I thought that might happen." I looked at her....I was like, "Thanks mom." Anyways, it was really funny. It was quite sad though. I felt really stupid. The boys in the back seat asked what it was. Jan told them it was my poptart crumbs. Apparently, it blew back on them, too. Ha. Anyways, that's my lovely Poptart fail of today. :)

Jerkfaces.
I'm sitting in advisory right now. I just got back from lunch. I'm trying to figure out how the crap I'm supposed to love everyone in the freaking world. A while back, I posted a lot about how hard it is to love people, but how we're supposed to anyways. Jesus loved everyone he met. God loves everyone now. I was sitting at lunch, updating Emily on all the small town drama of Pontotoc....when I got hit in the head with food. Real life?? Yes. I don't even know what it was. It hit the right side of my hair and flung off when I immediately grabbed the spot where the unknown substance hit. After that, I stopped talking, and attempted to let it go and not think about it. That was kind of impossible since the group of people who threw it were constantly looking back at me and laughing. Then someone from behind me threw food back at the group who originally hit me. It was awful. I was not happy, obviously. Who would be in a good mood after being hit in the head with food, then having 12 zillion people in the cafeteria turn and laugh at you?? Yeah. My life. I was extremely mad and distraught. I simply don't understand why people feel the need to be stupid, idiotic jerks and throw food in the first place. It is wasteful. I'd love to see those people go to another country and see the people dying because they don't have anything to eat....when they are just throwing their perfectly good food around the cafeteria. Anyways, I was really mad and I looked down and tried not to cry. I'm a wimp. But I wasn't about to cry because I was upset. I was about to cry because I was mad. Now, my point in this long post....
When I walked in advisory, I wanted to go punch those jerks in the face. I'm a tad calmed down now....but still not at all happy. That kind of just ruined my day. Kind of. My question is....how am I supposed to love the awful, idiot, jerkface that just threw food across the cafeteria and hit me in the head?? Honestly, I still want to go punch whoever it was in the face. I don't understand why I have to love those kinds of people. I don't want to. Not at all.
I'm so frustrated. With myself because I am being so dramatic and wimpy. And because I'm refusing to love someone that I don't even know. That is completely ridiculous. Even if they did hit me with food. God calls us to love EVERYONE. I'm trying. I'm trying really hard to find a reason to love that kid. I'm working on the whole forgiveness thing as well.
It is so hard to forgive people sometimes. People you don't know (that hit you with food). People that hurt you so deeply. People that are just mean all the time. It is so hard to love them, too, even after you forgive them. I just came up with the reason we're supposed to love those people....because Jesus did. So, if Jesus could forgive all those people who rejected him....I can forgive the kid who messed up my hair in the cafeteria. If Jesus can love ME, after all the stuff I've done to him, I can love that kid who I wanted to go punch a little while ago.
Now, I'm sorry I just bored you with this long post and terrible story. That was my process of trying to forgive and love. I knew that it'd take a lot of writing for me to actually not be mad again. I thought I'd just post it on my blog anyways. And I'm not mad at the unknown person who likes to make scenes at lunch anymore. I don't know that person's story. I don't know anything about them. So, I guess the only way I can love them is to pray for them and let it go. My life..

Disney Princesses!! :)
So....I'm a kid. I enjoy watching Disney channel. I run around outside barefoot when it's warm. It's great. I like to take those gummy Winnie the Pooh vitamins!! I LOOOVE watching Disney movies. I also like watching the incredibly cheesy Disney channel movies that come on each night. I like to dress up and put on make up and feel much older than I really am. I like to play board games. I like to swim with fish floaty tube things. Skipping is one of my favorite things. Ever. I cry a lot. I like hugs. I need to be reminded to do simple tasks everyday. Chocolate milk is my favorite drink in the world. I like eating donuts with sprinkles on top!! Sooo pretty!! Winnie the Pooh is the coolest bear EVER. I like watching old cartoons randomly on Saturday mornings or when I don't go to school. They make me happy. I sleep with my lovely stuffed elephant named Ele every night. I sleep with my pillow/ frog named Todo every night. I like to wrap up in blankets and drink hot chocolate with lots of whipped cream on top. I like to go crazy with paint and canvases. I just use random colors and end up with something totally insane. Its fantastic. My big brother and sisters are my heroes. I have a fear of being kidnapped. I like to use swirly straws to drink stuff. I like to use straws in general. I sometimes go back and read the Little House series when I get bored. I LOOOVE exploring those play places at fast food places!! I make messes. Especially when I eat. I like to jump on trampolines. They are sooo fun. I like to wear bows in my hair!! I like to go to 3D movies (that are good). The IMAX amazes me. I am afraid of the dark. I am afraid of heights. I like acting like a spy. I feel so cool. I am scared of sharks. I like going shopping with my mommy for Easter dresses. Loud thunder that shakes the whole house terrifies me. I like to be in pictures!! I like to eat popsicles!! Yumm yumm!! I like to build forts out of blankets and chairs and then sleep in them!! I get homesick crazy easily. That's one reason why I hate volleyball camp so much. My mommy is still one of my best friends. I haven't done that in a while though....hmmm....I like to lay in the hammock and look at stars. I annoy my big sisters. I like to lay in the grass and watch the clouds. I enjoy bike rides. I like going to the library. I like to go on walks. I fantasize about my wedding. I want to meet Prince Charming. Ariel is my favorite Disney princess. Ever. For real. I love her hair!! She is so pretty for a cartoon!! (Don't judge me, kid.) I ALSO freaking LOOOVE Mulan. Technically, no, she isn't a princess, but according to Disney, she is one. Soo, those are my two favorite Disney princesses (and characters at all) in the history of anything that matters. And yes, Mulan and The Little Mermaid are my two favorite Disney movies of all time. The Aristocats is also a good one. I like being a kid. It is fun. Cameron makes me feel like a kid a lot. Fizzy makes me feel like a kid. Zozzy really makes me feel like a kid. Camden even makes me feel like a kid sometimes. If you've decided you're going to be all grown up, you should try being a kid. It is fun. For real. :) And....that's my life.
Ariel!! Love her!!
Pretty wedding dress!!
CHOCOLATE MILK!!!! :)
This movie is SOO cheesy. And fantastic.
Oh Winnie the Pooh....
Dress up is fun!!
Just some Little House books....no big deal....
My life..
TEVAS!!!!
Tevas are cool. I like Tevas. I am wearing my Tevas today. I want more Tevas. I think I'm going to save some money and buy some. I will have more than enough money by the start of summer if I start saving now. I like Tevas a lot. I found some purple Tevas that I'm kind of in love with. Tevas are my cool thing of the day. I'd also like another pair of Chacos, but they cost a lot more. And I have a perfectly good pair now. My Tevas are kind of worn out though. I enjoy Tevas. And sandal weather. And summer. Here are my lovely Teva pictures.....
In love....
Oh, and it's Wednesday!!!! Excitement.....

Cool Thing About Tuesday.
First off, my life is awkward. Some girl in first period just tried to tell me something. Then she turned around to another girl and said "She didn't get it." That was awkward. Geez. My life. Okay, so now for my cool thing....
BUTTERFLIES DON'T HAVE LUNGS!!!! Geez. And now for the lovely picture to go with my cool fact. :)

My Awkward Life..
So I hate when you tell your sister something, then she randomly and unexpectedly has lunch with your mom in Starkville because she had to work there today and I wasn't aware, and then that sister totally tells your mom the very important and somewhat secretive thing that you told her expecting her not to tell anyone. Oh, and I also hate it when the sister who told your mom, tells her twin sister the thing that you told her, and then the twin that you DIDN'T tell gets all distraught that you didn't tell her, too. So, now my mom knows my life, and my other sister is "hurt." Ha. My life is awkward now. Just updating yall.
The Cyclops
So, this morning in English, we were reading about the story of the cyclops in The Odyssey. I'm not a fan of all the mythology crap, but I learned something interesting today. The ancient Greeks or whoever they are in that time, were supposed to treat strangers like guests. When a random person came and knocked on their door, they were supposed to invite them in and be kind, as if the people were gods in disguise. Now, I don't believe in "gods in disguise"....but I think their beliefs and actions SHOULD be similar to our own in this case. "Whatever you do to the least of these, you do to me." Sound familiar?? Yeah, Jesus said that if you weren't aware. So, just like the Greeks did for strangers and their gods....we are supposed to do that to EVERYONE. We are supposed to treat them ALL as if they are Jesus. That is hard. Very hard. But it is something to think about....so yeah. :)

Ahhh!!!!
Hi guys. :) Again. I suddenly remember that today is April 1st. You know what that means?? (Well, technically, it is April Fool's Day....but that's not where I was going with that question. Anyways....) I'll be 16 in EXACTLY 3 months!!!! That is exciting. And scary. All at the same time. It ALSO means that summer in in less than 2 months!! That's freaking awesome!!
Another thing, please please please go vote on all my polls. I have 3 now. :) And I have a new knowledge of adding "gadgets" to my blog design, so my blog might be going through some structural changes in the future. I enjoy being able to control my blog. Haha. I'm trying to come up with something important or inspirational to say now. It isn't working very well. So, I'll just share my Mother Teresa quote from Wednesday. "It isn't about how much you do, but how much love into the small things you do." That wasn't the exact quote, but that is the gist of it. I like it. I, personally, love Mother Teresa. She is my favorite. What do you think??

PARTY!!!!!!!!
Tomorrow night will be a party. For real. Me, Fizz, Zozz, and Kat!!!! Yesssss. Slumber party!! Sooooo pumped!! For real. Geez. We are going to watch the oh so AMAZING Rozzo, Holli, and Nate in the senior play as well tomorrow night!! THEN, Saturday, we're going to watch Cam and Bray play tennis. This weekend excites me greatly. It can't come fast enough. Which is odd, considering it feels like a Monday to me. Today, Kat was talking about how she had a project due on Tuesday....and I was like, oh snap, tomorrow?? She gave me a really weird look. Then I remembered today is Thursday. Haha. Oops. Anyways, I'm pumped. I guess that can be my SUPER cool thing of the day. My lovely weekend plans with my sissies. I have the absolute coolest friends ever. EVER. Even if half of them are going to prom Saturday.... :p Anyways, back to HAPPY thoughts....PARTY tomorrow!!!! :)
I just really like this picture. It makes me happy. Cute little bear!! Haha.
This picture is in honor of my lovely best friends who will be part of my party tomorrow night. :)
For Zozzy and her cute little kid self!!
This picture is in honor of Kat. And back in the beginning of THS when I hated life....and high school. This was the beginning of Macs. When we could still have them out at lunch. Oh I love her. She got me through the first 2 months of 9th grade. I'm not exactly sure if she knows that though..
This is why she's my favorite. Hahaha.
And this last picture is for Fizzle. And her incredibly AMAZING, fantastic photography skills. I love the awkwardness of my feet slightly tilted inward. Hahaha. I love Fizz and Zozz. So much.
I'm so ready for tomorrow. It WILL be a fantastic day. For sure. :)
Today's Cool Thing.
I'm trying to think of a cool thing about today. Honestly, there is nothing cool about today. Here is my life right now. It kind of sucks. Cameron Timmons. Protesting. Stupid kids. 35 minute long presentations that students learned absolutely nothing from. An unhappy Coach Stafford. A life lecture. A health test tomorrow. No book obsession. A Spanish test tomorrow. Most likely a miserable volleyball workout. A "lack of institutional control" as Coach Stafford said. Late carpools. My life.

Cool Thing of the Day
I was inspired by Kat to make posts (almost) everyday called "Cool Thing of the Day"....
Sooo, today's cool thing is............60% days at school!!!! I love 60% days!! They are lovely. We get out at 11:45 today!! This is so exciting. I plan on finishing homework, then going to sleep from 2 until like 4. Hahaha. I'm such a wimp. Anyways, I'm pretty pumped. We are only going to each class for 20 minutes today!! That is fantastic. So, that's my COOL THING OF THE DAY!!!! :)

The Hunger Games.
The Hunger Games. Best book EVER. I am freaking in love. You should ALL go read The Hunger Games. I just finished the second book, Catching Fire, and I'm dying for the third book. I finished the first book in about 30-something hours. I finished this one in about the same amount of time. These books are amazing. I love them. For real. Peeta is my favorite person ever. If I've ever had a "book crush"....it would most definitely be on Peeta. (Edward Cullen is probably on my list of possible "book crushes" as well. I'm a loser. Don't judge me.) Anyways, Peeta is incredible. Katniss really frustrated me in parts of the book. I'm on Team Peeta. I'd never be on Team Gale. Ever. That team just repulses me. Anyways, supposedly the movie is coming out this year or something?? I was told about it when I was halfway done with The Hunger Games on Friday. Basically, I love these books. They are pretty much consuming my life at the moment. You should all go read them. I love you. :)

Braces..
I went to the orthodontist yesterday. They put a new wire in. It is tight as crap. I feel like I'm dying. My mouth didn't even hurt this bad when I got my braces put on!! Ridiculous. Life sucks at the moment. Ha. And I'm still coughing. Now, I'm done complaining. Sorry about that.
My sister sent me a quote thing from her devotional this morning. It was about patience. I'm sitting in geometry at the moment, so I can't get my phone out to look at it. Here is basically what it said though....Patience is doing nothing. When you are angered by something, resist it inwardly, and do NOTHING outwardly. Even if that resistance is only for a second, it is time enough to pray and think clearly. That is patience.
I'm trying to relate that to my awful braces and my incredibly pained mouth. I have multiple options here....

Even if that resistance is only for a second, it is time enough to pray and think clearly. That is patience.
I'm trying to relate that to my awful braces and my incredibly pained mouth. I have multiple options here....
- I can complain to everyone and be miserable because it freaking hurts. A lot.
- I can suck it up and stop whining because there's nothing I can do about it. (Suffer in silence.)
- I can be patient and talk to God about it because he understands the pain. The soreness will go away with time. So, patience is the key in this situation.
Now, I feel really cool because I just related a really deep, serious devotional topic to something as small and trivial to braces. Ha. I like relating God things to small stuff though. It reminds me that I can see Him anywhere if I just look. That reminds me of another thing. Today, I was sitting in geometry (being miserable because my mouth) and we were about to work on homework. I was being lazy and really didn't want to get up to get a book, but I knew I had to. I was writing down our assignment, preparing myself to stand up and go get a book. Then, Penelope brought me a book and went back to get another one for herself. That is something so small. I saw God through her today. Another small situation this week when I saw God was on Monday afternoon walking to the gym for volleyball in 8th period. Kat and I were walking behind a guy (maybe a year or two older than us) into the gym. He was about to walk in the door before us, and we were about to reach for the door handle. He saw us and stopped. He opened the door and held it open for us. Some people could say that's just being polite and nice. Maybe so, but I saw God through him that day. I don't even know who he is. I hope that I can be the place were someone who doesn't even know me sees God. Did that statement even make sense?? I hope so. So, that's my life.

Mythology.
I absolutely hate mythology. It is stupid stories that aren't true. I don't believe it anyways, so why do we have to learn it?? We are in English, not Mythology class. Geez. It is so stressful when teachers give you a project the day you come back from spring break that is due in 5 days . Especially when it means you have to read 100 something pages of myths and take notes and write vocabulary all in the first 2 days. Plus, making a quiz, a keynote, coming up with class discussion questions, and a visual. Then, having to present ALL of that on Friday. Oh, and I forgot to mention that we don't get to work on this thing in class with our groups except for maybe a few minutes on Thursday. So not cool. Just throwin that out there.

Misunderstood.
I was just at lunch telling Kat and Emily about my lovely spring break. I was telling them about waking up at 5 in the morning and working for 7 hours. A girl across the table looked at me and said, "Wow, you must not have had a very good spring break." I looked at her and I was like....umm....no, actually, it was great. I feel like by talking about the hard times of the week, it sounded like I was complaining. Yes, the work we did was difficult and incredibly frustrating sometimes. I felt like crap for the most part of the week. No, waking up that early isn't ideal for a fantastic spring break. But, last week was one of the most amazing weeks EVER. Maybe I didn't explain that well enough at lunch. It really was great. Emily was just telling me about going to SIFAT last week. She said she wants to go this summer. I said I love it, and that'd be great. She said last week at SIFAT was kind of miserable at times, but it was really great. That totally makes sense to me. Yeah, we worked hard and struggled last week. There were times when I cried even. But I'd go back to it any day. I feel like that when I go to SIFAT as well.
I think that is similar to working for God. Serving God is hard. It is a constant struggle. Sometimes it hurts. It is extremely difficult to LIVE for God. But it is so worth it. When you think back on those times, you know without a doubt that it is the best time of your life. You wouldn't change it for the world.
I wouldn't change anything about last week. It was hard. It was great. I loved it.

- Roger taught Brayden that frisky is cat litter.
- Me and Cam celebrated our 1 year friendaversary.
- We ate at the Old Spaghetti Factory.
- My table at the Old Spaghetti Factory consisted of Sam and his family. (13 children. 4 of the children were dating. His wife was also his daughter. His first wife died in the Holocaust. She stared over us as we ate. For real.)
- We ate with our new friends at the mission Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- We toured a cathedral.
- We changed the color of the walls at the mission when we cleaned them.
- Sam passed out doughnuts. Everyday.

- Alex was very violent. ALL WEEK.
- Sam got 23 more disney songs on his ipod!!
- Mama, Taylor, Carson, and I wore our new matching jackets with the thumb hole things!!
- We saw Becky and Dana. And Jim and Chris and Ellen and the kids.
- We woke up at 5am (which felt like 3 because the time change and the different time zone)
- We all had incredible God moments.
- I saw (again) how amazingly selfless Cameron Timmons REALLY is.
- I played with little kids.
- I discovered the effects of my new hair cut.

- The 2-4 year old daycare kids decided to give Krevious a make over.
- I saw how great Krevious is with kids.
- I washed windows with Jan.
- Cam switched jobs with me and let me play with the 1 year olds.
- I watched people sweep and mop the dirty floor with dirty brooms and mops approximately 5 times in 2 hours.
- I ate oreos and peanut butter. It felt like the parent trap.
- The group enjoyed playing basketball every night in the gym.
- Cameron got 2 volleyballs stuck on the balcony in the gym....in 10 minutes.
- Dayquil and Nyquil saved us all.
- There was a "Shock pile" when we got back and were unloading. It was great.
- We missed Addison.
- We loved people.
- We loved each other.
- We got closer.
- We went to Cracker Barrel on the way home. Of course.
- I slept about 6 of the 8ish hours on the ride home.
- We toured Becky's house.
- We spent over $100 on ice cream Thursday night.
- We had 7 hour work days, waking up at 5, and staying awake for 20 hours after.
- I learned that getting up for school isn't REALLY that early.
- We watched the people at the mission slowly start to trust us and open up to us.
- I saw amazing things.
- My baby brother argued with a man about our incredible Creator's existence.
- The trip was fantastic.
- We had a mountaintop experience.
A "mountaintop experience" is a time when you see God. You don't want to come down from the mountain. You want to stay with God. None of us wanted to leave on Friday morning. I'm at school right now. I would SOOO much rather be in Louisville, Kentucky cleaning or cooking or washing or playing or working or serving. I'd give anything to go back. Even if it meant I had to get up at 5 in the morning EVERYday. I want to go back up on the mountain. I'm still trying to figure out how to find God here at school. I saw Him so much through the homeless people and the workers and the amazing people at the mission last week. It is so much harder to see God HERE. At home. I feel like no one understands. Today a girl asked me about my spring break. I tried to explain. She still didn't get it. I don't know what else to do to make people understand the amazingness of God and how awesome is really is to SERVE Him. I don't know what else to do at this point.
On my hand today I have a cross in the same place it always it to remind me that Jesus died on a cross SOO long ago for ME. Next to the cross, today, I have a question mark. When I look at that it reminds me to ask myself...."Where do you see Jesus?" Every night on the trip last week, we would have group time and discuss where we saw Jesus EACH day. It was so easy to point out specific times. I saw Jesus in the face of the little boy whose face absolutely lit up when I held his hand. He was 2 years old. He taught me so much. He was the same one who ran up to me and screamed "HI" in my face as soon as I walked in the room. I saw Jesus in him. A 2 year old little boy at a daycare in a mission in Louisville, Kentucky. It was so easy, simple to SEE Jesus without even trying to LOOK for him. Now, though, I'm in Tupelo at school, SEARCHING for Jesus. It is hard to see Him. I'm looking though. And I'm trying to be the Jesus that someone else is looking for today.

Emily Hink.
So, since Emily's first (and ONLY) blog post was about me....I feel the need to take advantage of this free time in advisory and write a lovely post about her as well. First off, I'd like to inform you about her incredible-ness. She is great. Today at lunch she told me that watching Food Network was a very NONloserish thing to do. I was very excited to hear that. I enjoy watching Food Network on a fairly regular basis. Haha. Emily ALSO is to blame for my new flood it obsession. A few weeks ago, during of the many workless and boring days in Spanish, Emily was on a website playing Flood It!! I recognized it because I've played on Sam and Alex's phones before....so I looked at the website and played a game or two. I am not good at this game at all. Well, up until today during health, I'd completely forgotten about the game. I was sitting in class, miserably bored, and I suddenly remembered Flood It!! I played nonstop for about an hour. Thanks Emily. Ha, for real though. I would have been TERRIBLY bored if you hadn't shown me the game that one time in Spanish. Ha. And now........
RANDOM COOL FACTS ABOUT EMILY!!!!

- Emily wore flip flops today even though it is "freezing." She is one tough cookie. For real.
